Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 gturkey pieces
  • 1small bunch of chomolia, cleaned and chopped
  • 1carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 3 clovesgarlic, smashed
  • 1 tbsground chicken stock
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tsprajah curry powder
  • pinchdhanya
  • 1/2lemon, juiced

  1. 1

    Marinade turkey in smashed garlic, lemon and chicken stock

  2. 2

    Cook the turkey in a low heat until tender.Separate cook chomolia aside into cooked

  3. 3

    Add oil, onion and spices to the turkey pot and fry

  4. 4

    Then add chopped carrot and chomolia with salt to taste

  5. 5

    Mix well to combine and serve 😋
