Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 3halved coloured bell peppers
  3. 1/2 cupcheese
  4. 1/4nyamabite
  5. 1/2onion
  6. 1 tbsblueband

Steps

  1. 1

    Add blueband to hot wok add onions cook till tender add rice

  2. 2

    Top with diced nyamabite

  3. 3

    Set aside to cool in a bowl add salt and soak the peppers

  4. 4

    Place peppers on baking tray add fried rice top up with cheese

  5. 5

    Bake till cheese is fully melted on top

  6. 6

    Serve hot
