Ingredients

500gself raising flour
2eggs,a pinch of salt, 2tablespoons margarine melted, cardamons
Powdered, 2cups milk
2table spoons sugar

Mix all the dry ingredients well, then add milk then mix well with a mixer, then add the melted margarine

Place your pan on the gas cooker low heat and make your fluffy pancakes...

Turn both sides to ensure that the pancakes are cooked
