I must admit i have never tasted anything like this itwas an amazing experience.
Steps

Beat the margarine and sugar until fluffy.

Add in the two eggs one by one alternating with the sieved flour as you fold in.

Add vanilla essence to the last egg and mix as well.

To the buttermilk add the red color and fold in to the batter mixture.

Finally add the vinegar and the baking.

Using an icecream scoop fill the cups and place in your 200degrees preheated oven for 30minutes.

Leave to cool. Sieve the icing sugar on top of the cupcakes and grate the chocolate as toppings.
