Ingredients

  • 4potatoes boiled
  • 2tomatoes grated
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and chopped the boiled potatoes

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add green chilli and grated tomato, saute it

  3. 3

    Add black pepper, hing, salt and chopped potatoes and some water

  4. 4

    Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add lemon juice and garam masala.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with roti/poori
