Take 4-5 cups of wheat flour. Then add 1/2 cup of besan. Now add ajwain, oil, and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients properly and make a dough (not much soft not much hard). Keep the dough aside to rest for 10-15 min.

Potato Filling:- Take 5-6 potato and boil it

Then peel off the boiled potatoes and mash them properly.

Now heat a pan add 2tpsn of oil. On heating of oil add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds let it papaya up. Then 1/2tsp saunf, 1/4 tsp jeera.

Now add mashed potatoes and cook for a minute.Now add all the spices and cook for another one minute.

Now take out the filling in a separate vessel for cooling. Add some Coriander leaves (optional)

For Tomato Chutney:- Take mixer jar add fresh tomato and green chilli and grind it to make a smooth paste(can add ginger garlic too. But this is completely optional).

Now heat a pan add 1 tpsn of oil. On heating of oil add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds let it papaya up. Then 1/2tsp saunf, 1/4 tsp jeera.

Now add tomato green chilli paste. And cook for 1 min.

Now add all the spices and cook for another 1-2 min.

Garnish with Coriander leaves.

Now take a dough and make balls of equal size.

Put some ghee on a plan and spread balls to make a small size poori. Now add potato filling. And seal it properly from all sides.

Repeat the same process and make all the baati.

Now heat the tandoor. Put some oil or ghee on grill. So that baati do not stick on it.

Now cook all the Baati on low to medium flame

Now put ghee on Baati and serve with Tomato chutney
