I love ham and Swiss sandwiches. This I made into a salad with some leftover ham and a bit of Swiss cheese.

I love ham and Swiss sandwiches. This I made into a salad with some leftover ham and a bit of Swiss cheese.

Ingredients

2 sandwiches
  1. 1/2 cupshredded Swiss cheese
  2. 1 tablespoonprepared Horseradish sauce
  3. 1 teaspoonyellow prepared mustard
  4. 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  5. 1 teaspoondill weed
  6. 1/2 teaspoononion powder
  7. 1/4 cupsweet pickle relish / salad cubes
  8. 8 ouncessmoked ham fully cooked
  9. 4 slicesbread
  10. 1hard boiled egg
  11. 1kosher pickle quartered into spears
  12. To tastepeppercini/ banana pepper rings

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Trim any unwanted fat or skin

  2. 2

    Chop the ham finely or put into a food processor till your desired constancy.

  3. 3

    Add the mayonnaise, ham mustard, dill weed, sweet pickle cubes, Horseradish sauce, and onion powder. Mix as you go to get everything incorporated.

    Add cheese and mix once more.

    It should be ready

    Oh the egg, chop the egg up and mix.

  7. 7

    Toast the bread, slice the pickle.

  8. 8

    Spread the ham mixture on the bread and serve with the pickle and peppers. The other sandwich is tuna salad sandwich.
