  • 2 kgox tripe
  • 1onion
  • 3 tbsonion powdered soup
  • 2 cubesbeef stock
  • Water to boil until cooked

  1. 1

    Dice onion pour into the pot. Make sure Tripe has been cleaned, then add to the pot. Start boiling until cooked.

  2. 2

    Add onion soup in the remaining water to make soup let it simmer for 5 minutes and serve
