Cut all the vegetables into small pieces & keep aside

Now put oil in the pan

Then put bay leaves, red chillies & panch-foron in it

Now put all the vegetables alongwith salt, turmeric powder & sugar

Fry all the vegetables for sometime
- 6
Now put some water & cover the pan with a lid
- 7
When it get cooked, put the fried jeera powder over it & it's ready to serve.
