Ingredients

  1. 2big size potatoes
  2. 1brinjal
  3. 200 gmpumpkin
  4. 2medium size carrots
  5. 1small size radish
  6. 1small size tomato
  7. 1/4 tsppanch-foron
  8. 2red chillies
  9. 2bay leaves
  10. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 5 tspoil
  13. 1/2 tspsugar
  14. 1 tspfried jeera powder
  15. 2big size potatoes
  16. 1brinjal
  17. 200 gmpumpkin
  18. 2medium size carrots
  19. 1small size raddish

    Cut all the vegetables into small pieces & keep aside

  2. 2

    Now put oil in the pan

  3. 3

    Then put bay leaves, red chillies & panch-foron in it

  4. 4

    Now put all the vegetables alongwith salt, turmeric powder & sugar

  5. 5

    Fry all the vegetables for sometime

  6. 6

    Now put some water & cover the pan with a lid

  7. 7

    When it get cooked, put the fried jeera powder over it & it's ready to serve.
