Proof your yeast in a bowl..add your sugar and mix with warm milk..

Crack in 2 eggs in another bowl and beat together.. Add some melted butter to the beaten eggs..mix and set aside..

Pour in your flour in a big bowl..add a pinch of salt and some sugar..mix together and make a well at the centre...

Pour in the proofed yeast as well as the beaten egg and butter mixture..

Mixed together until a dough is formed... Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface and knead until its smooth and elastic..

Transfer your dough into a large greased bowl and roll around the bowl..

Cover and leave to raise in a warm place for 1hr..after 1hr punch down the dough to remove the air bubbles..

Wash your fish with warm slaty water... Put in a pot and season with onion,pepper, Maggi and salt..cook for 5min

Roll your dough little by little on a flat surface, put your cooked fish in it..cover your dough and set aside..

Arrange it inside a greased pan..

In a bowl break 2 eggs and beat together.. Deep a brush into the egg..use it of rub all over the pie..(its gives the bread pie its golden colour)

Bake for 10 to 15min..
