Ingredients

  • 3-4potatoes
  • 1 bowltomato puree
  • 1/2 cuponion paste
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • To tastesalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut the potatoes.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker add cumin when crackle add onion paste and saute it.

  3. 3

    Now add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree and all spices soute till leave the oil.

  4. 4

    Now add cut potatoes and water take 2 whistles and cook on to low flame for 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Now stitch off the flame.

  6. 6

    Add green coriander and garam masala.

  7. 7

    Now ready to eat.
