In a bowl take white dhokda aata, add green chillies + garlic + adrak paste. Add oil and dahi too. Mix everything nicely. Let it ferment over nite. Add salt and sugar in morning and mix well.

Now this my batter for dhokda but due to so high temperature my batter got too much Fermented and very sour.

So now I planned to use this batter as rawa dosa by adding rawa, onions and jeera in it. Let rawa ferment for 15 minutes. Add water and make the batter of pouring consistency.

Now on a pan pour the batter for dosa and let it cook till little crispy and pink in colour. White Dhokla Rawa Dosa is ready.
