Steps

Wash and soak almond for 5 hours. Peel the skin.

Refrigerated saffron easily gets crushed and blends well with milk.

In a pan Boil milk add saffron, sugar, cardamom powder.

Blend the almond with little water to a smooth paste.
- 5
Add this paste to the boil milk, simmer for 5-6 minutes heat off.
- 6
Garnish with almond & saffron Serve warm or chilled.
