Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade

Mix the dry ingredients - refined flour, gram flour, and salt in a bowl.

Cream the dalda with your palm and add powder sugar

In another small bowl add baking soda into curd and mix it together

Add the curd mixture into the dalda mixture and take them together to combine.

After that add the dry ingredient mixture to it and form a dough

Make a small equal balls of the dough about 20 gm of each.

Dust the baking tray with refined flour and keep the balls on the tray keeping 2 inches distance between them

Bake the dough balls for 10 minutes, after baking let it cool for 5 minutes.

Serve the Nankatai
