Take a coconut and cut into small pieces.Now add some water and grind it very well.

Filter the coconut and take the water this is called coconut milk. Keep it aside and keep grated coconut also aside.. mix 1 glass of water for making this coconut milk.

Take a cooker add lil beat oil and add black pepper, cardamon and clove add chopped onion and add rice saute it.

Now add coconut milk and salt.Pressure it for 2-3whistle..

Make a fine paste of khas khas and cashew and dry red chilli..

Take a pan add oil and onion paste and ginger garlic paste.

Add cashew and khaskhas paste..Add turmeric and saute it.

Add tomato puree and grated coconut and all vegetables..

Add coconut milk and salt and sugar...

Dish is ready to serve
