Steps

Clean and Wash Mutton.

Add Oil in a pressure cooker and fry sliced Onions till golden brown, remove and keep aside.

Marinate Mutton with Ginger Garlic Paste, Curd, Fried Onions, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and salt. Set aside for 30 Minutes.

Add Marinated Mutton into the same cooker, add Tomatoes and Garam Masala Powder and fry for 15 Minutes. Add a glass of water.

After frying, Pressure cook till 5 Whistles, check Mutton if not done cook for another 2 whistles or as required. Once Mutton is cooked and the gravy is still liquidy, cook till gravy is to your required consistency.

Mutton Dahiwala is ready. Serve hot with Rice or Chapati.
