Steps

Take a bowl.add Maida and ghee, baking powder for moyan than mix well.
After than add water and ready to soft daugh. - 2
After than making sugar syrup -
1glass water and sugar added than Boil 10 minutes. Ready sugar syrup. After than add cardamom powder. - 3
Than make a small ball to daugh.
Puri ki tareh bele. Knife se stand line ki tareh cut lagye. And roll up. Heat oil and shadow fry... After than deep 2 minutes in sugar syrup. - 4
Ready to eat panasa tanalo.
Serve with keshari paaysam. - 5
For paaysam--
Ingredients
1 small bowl rice.
1 lt.milk
1cup Condensed milk
Sugar to taste
few strands of kesar and pinch of cardamom powder,
Roasted cashew, almonds and pista. - 6
Boil rice in a pan or pressure cook it.
Grind the rice with little milk. - 7
Don’t grind too thick like a paste.
Just give one or two churn in mixture.
On a low flame heat the milk. - 8
Add the ground rice to the hot milk and keep stirring.

Check there should not be any lump. Add the saffron and cardamom powder

Add the condensed milk and stir well.
Add the sugar to payasam.
Give it a boil and let the Paysam get will thicken. - 11
Keep stirring to avoid the paysam sticking to bottom.
Once you get the required consistency. Turn off the heat.
Let it cool down and keep it refrigerated for 1 hours. - 12
Garnish the paysam with dry fruits, nuts before serving.
