3onions diced
2tomatoes diced

For the chicken follow my previous chicken recipe

For the sauce follow Dosaki sauce recipe

Measure 4 cups of water. Bring to boil add salt and oil and add your rice. Cook till ready.

Fry your onions add carrots, hoho and egg when ready mix it with the boiled rice.
