In a pan add butter and let it melt on medium heat. Add semolina and roast until golden brown.

Add milk and keep stirring until the milk is absorb.

Add sugar and keep stirring until the butter leaves sides and it forms a dough consistency.

Transfer to serving tray and with a knife decorate the halwa.
