Steps

Chop the onions,tomatoes,capsicum,n coriander.

Stir fry the onions till slightly golden,add in tomatoes,carrots, coriander,ginger garlic paste n capsicum n simmer fr abt a min.

Add 1/4 cup of water,tomato paste and spices n cook till tender.

Blend the mixture till smooth and sieve it to get smoothy consistency.

Return to the heat and add in pieces of chicken and cream plus salt and sugar to taste.

Garnish with little cream and mint leaves. Serve with Chapati.
