Add your flour, yeast,sugar and cardamon in a bowl

Mix in the coconut milk

Knead it while adding the milk slowly for at least 15min.Flex those arms😆. Divide into 2 balls and let it sit under warm temperatures to rise. (Left mine for 20min).

Make sure it's risen before proceeding

To this size

Divide into 2 balls each of the two

Cut into 4 pieces each ball and deep fry..if it's too big. You can go to the step above and make 6 balls instead of 4 balls.

Deep fry them inthe hot pan.

Serve with coconut peas or beans and/or tea/coffee. Bon appetite...
