Steps

Pre heat the oven at 180° Celsius.

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt.

Than in blow add eggs, butter, powered sugar, coconut with milk and mix well using a blender.

Now add flour in part and make a smooth batter.

Now pour the batter into a greased baking pan.

And bake for about 40 to 45 minutes or until the knife inserted in centre and comes out clean.

Than cool in pan for 10 minutes than move to cooling rack for further cooling.

Now prepare icing, combine all ingredients and beat until the cream holds soft peaks.

After this make ladoos,in a thick bottom kadai put condensed milk and 2 cup grated coconut and mix well.

Cook on slow heat while stirring constantly.

Cook the mixture until the mixture start leaving the sides of kadai.

In last add red food colour and mix well and remove it from heat and let it cool.

Than prepare small ladoos.

When cake was completely cool put icing all over the cake,and ladoos on top and spread grated coconut all over the cake.
