Steps

Wash rice and cook it in pressure cooker with salt,1tsp ghee,2.5 bowl water.

Heat ghee in pan add cloves it sputter add coconut and saute for 2 minutes,add cooked rice mix it well.

Add sugar,cardamom powder.

Mix saffron threads and colour in milk and add it in the rice

Mix well.now sugar melts it becomes little liquidious, saute it. Add some cashew nuts and almonds. Keep some aside for decoration.

Now low down the flame pud lid and let it cook for 5 minutes

Again stir it and cook till the rice started thickening and leaves from the bottom of the pan

Now take it down serve with decorating cashew nuts, almond and coconut.Coconut rice is ready.
