Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBesan
  2. 4npiecesBrown bread slices
  3. 1 tspSooji
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/4 tspAjwain
  6. 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 1 pinchHaldi powder
  8. 1 pinchBaking soda
  9. As neededCoriander leaves chopped
  10. As neededOil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and make smooth and firm batter.

  2. 2

    Cut bread slices lengthwise.

  3. 3

    Heat oil. Dip bread slices in batter and fry it till golden brown and crispy.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.

  5. 5

    Enjoy with tea / coffee.
