  • 7 slicebread
  • Salt
  • 2Eggs
  • 1small sized Green pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoonCurry
  • 1/2Onion
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the onion and green pepper,break the eggs in a bowl,whisk very well add salt and curry.

  2. 2

    Heat up the vegetable oil,pour in sliced onion stir and pour in the whisked egg to fry.

  3. 3

    Fry for 3mins.serve with the sliced bread.
