Ingredients

  1. 250 gmbhindi
  2. 2 tspoil
  3. 1 tspjeera
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. to tasteRed chilli powder
  7. 1 tspdry mango powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and maut all bhindi in small round slice.

  2. 2

    In a wok heat oil and add bhindi make sure bhindi are dry.

  3. 3

    Cook on low flame till crispy.

  4. 4

    Add salt, turmeric, and red chilli powder.

  5. 5

    Add dry mango powder.
