Ingredients

For kalakand:ingredints
1 cupgrated paneer
1/2 cupmilkmaid
1mango puree
1 tspghee
For serving
3 Scoopvanilla ice cream
1 tbspkhus syrup
1 tbsprose syrup
1 tbspchopped nuts
1 bowlmango pieces

Steps

Heat ghee in a wok, add grated paneer and milkmaid

Cook for 2-3 minutes, now add mango puree and cook till thick

Switch off the flame, keep aside let it cool

Taking a serving glass

Pour ready kalakand

Spread dry fruits, add both syrup

Now add mango pieces & ice cream

Garnish with chopped nuts
