Steps

Chutney:- take a mixer jar add Coconut,uraddal, curd,salt,green chillies,jeera blend and make a thick chutney.take a small pan for tadka add oil mustard when splutter add red chilli,chana dal,curry leaves and pour tadka on chutney.

Take a mixing bowl add grated cucumber,carrot a pinch salt,and coconut chutney mix and keep aside.

Take a bowl add a cup of dosa powder add little salt and add water make running,pouring consistency dosa batter.

Heat the dosa tawa and make small and thin dosa,at the same time make 3 to 4 dosa cook one side drizzle oil around the dosa, when leave the pan than remove from pan.

When disa get chill cut into rectangles and fill the cucumber,coconut filling in one side and roll it out. make all the rolls as same process.garnish with coconut chutney and curry leaves
