  1. 2eggs
  2. 3 clovesgarlic
  3. 3large button mushrooms
  4. 2 tbspolive oil
  5. 1 tbsplemon juice
  6. 1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper
  7. 1/4 tspsea salt
  8. 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  9. 1 tspfinely chopped flat leaf parsley
  10. 50 gcherry tomatoes
  11. 1/2 linkchorizo sausage
  12. Cheddar cheese

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Chop mushrooms, garlic, tomatoes, and chorizo sausage and add to a pan with plenty of olive oil and the herbs

  2. 2

    Break the eggs over the pan when everything else is well cooked and scramble with the other ingredients
