Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlDosa batter
  2. 1onion
  3. 3-4greenchillies
  4. 5-6Curry leaves
  5. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  6. 1 cupgrated beetroot
  7. as neededBeet root chunks
  8. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate beet root, and chop small chunks of beetroot

  2. 2

    Finely chopped onion, chillies

  3. 3

    Chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves

  4. 4

    Mix into dosa batter

  5. 5

    Add salt

  6. 6

    Pour into Appe pan, roast it from both the sides.
