Oats & Custard Kheer

#cookingwithoats - This is an absolutely yummy and a simple kheer made of oats and custard powder. Any flavour will do and this combination results in a thick and creamy dessert. This healthy kheer (payasam / pudding) can be had as it is or as an after meal dessert.
You can have them guilt free as it is not laden with ghee and I have used brown sugar. The addition of rose water and cardamom gives it a mild flavour. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve them chilled in individual bowls.
