In a bowl mix curd, ginger garlic paste, all dry spice powder, salt,
lemon juice, schezwan sauce, fresh cream, red colour, flour mix
& egg to a smooth paste. marinate chicken pieces in this mixture for 3-4 hrs or overnight. - 2
Deep fry in hot oil until chicken is tender & done. garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.
