Steps

Sieve the flour in a bowl & mix the baking powder & cinnamon powder.

Mix the oil, sugar & flour, while gradually adding the beaten eggs.

Pour the milk into the batter as you fold in.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes, as you grease a heavy sufuria

Pour in the batter, then sprinkle the raisins on top, & place in the oven.

I use a long kitchen knife to check if the cake is evenly baked, as it should be clear with no batter when you stick it inside the cake.

Allow by the cake to cool on the counter before serving.
