Ingredients

  1. 250 -500 gm boneless chicken
  2. 2medium sized boiled potatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. 2 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tablespoonChicken masala
  6. 2green chilli
  7. 1/2 tablespoonPepper powder
  8. 1tablespoonCoriander powder
  9. 1tablespoonRed chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  11. 3egg
  12. 3-4 tspBread crumbs
  13. Oil for frying
  14. Coriander leaves (optional)

    Take 2 medium sized boiled potatoes and mashed throughly

  2. 2

    Take 500gm boneless chicken add salt, turmeric powder and pepper add little water for cooked.

  3. 3

    Once the chicken cooked use the blender and shredded chicken.

  4. 4

    Now heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and saute it again add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli and mixed together

  5. 5

    Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, chicken masala, pepper powder and mixed together

  6. 6

    Then add mashed potatoes and shredded chicken,it mixed together, u can add coriander leaves for flavoring.

    Keep the chicken mixture for getting room temperature

  8. 8

    Then take 3eggs in a bowl and beat very well

  9. 9

    Another plate take the bread crumbs for coating

  10. 10

    Once it became room temperature start to make the small balls in chicken mixture, u can make different shapes of cutlet

  11. 11

    Here I just make the rounded and flattening shape. Then dip into the egg slightly and again coated into the bread crumbs and mix gently.

    Keep it in a plate, dip all the balls and ready for frying.

    Then slightly add the each balls in an oil, one side is become golden colour,flip and fry other side

    Now the cutlet is ready for serving with a cup of tea
