Steps

Make a soft dough using all the ingredients given for dough.

Apply oil on top of the dough, cover with moist cloth, keep aside for 20 minutes.

Make medium sized balls out of dough. Roll into thin sheet.

Put into hot tawa and cook from both the sides till brown marks comes.

Apply oil in both the sides of Roti. Take it out.
- 6
Beat egg with pinch of salt, pour in the hot tawa, place the roti on the top of egg.

Gently press with spatula and cook it well.

Take it out. Put onion and cucumber on the top of egg side in one side of the roti.
- 9
Put lemon juice, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and chaat masala on it.

Roll the roti and serve hot.
