  • 10Boneless chicken strips -
  • 3 tbspCorn flour -
  • 2 tbspWater -
  • 1 pinchSalt -
  • 1/4 tspPepper -
  • 1/4 tspChilli powder -
  • 1 cupBread crumbs -
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a batter using corn flour, salt, pepper, Chilli powder and water.

  2. 2

    Dip the chicken strips in it and roll over bread crumbs

  3. 3

    Refrigerate for 10 mins and deep fry in oil

  4. 4

    Serve with mayonnaise and ketchup
