Steps

Roast 1/2 cup of the Rava in ghee till it gives a nice aroma and keep aside.

Put the grated coconut and green chillies in the mixer and make a dry paste.

Mix in the grated cucumber, carrot, onion, and dry paste from step 2. Add salt. Sugar. And the roasted rava. And the rest of the Rava.

Add coriander leaves and curd and mix till thick consistency is reached. It should be lumpy, it must be just right to Pat on to the tava with a spoon.

Grease the tava with oil and Pat the batter on to the tava. Keep covered and let it cook on medium low flame. Once the top layer looks cooked, turn over to brown the top sparingly.
