Steps

Peel and cut the carrots and potatoes.

Heat oil in a wok add hing and cumin seeds when crackle add chopped onion and saute it.

Now add chopped tomatoes and spices saute till leave the oil.

Add cut carrots,potatoes and peas,mix well cover and cook on low flame till soft the veggies.

Add garam masala and serve with roti.
