Ingredients

  • 250 gmspaneer
  • 1 tbspginger green chilli paste
  • 1 tspzeera powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 6-7kaju
  • 1/2 cupmalai
  • 1/2 cupsukha narial
  • 1 tspelaichi powder
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 cupcurd

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add paneer..malayi..curd..adrak hari mirch paste..salt..zeera powder marinate it for 1 hr..

  2. 2

    Take a grinder add sukha narial..kaju..milk.make a paste..

  3. 3

    Take a kadayi add ghee..and grunded paste..adrak harimirch paste..cook for 5 minutes now add marinated paneer.

  4. 4

    . cover for 5-10 minutes..adraki paneer ready..
