Glazed Cinnamon rolls (my style)

In 2 separate bowls, pour 3/4 of flour in each. Leave the other 1/4 to help knead in the flour well. Now, 1st bowl add sugar n yeast,mix well with warm milk n knead like chapati flour. Once done set aside.

2nd bowl add in your flour,salt to taste, half a teaspoon yeast n knead using warm water. Set aside to rise a bit.

Starting with the salted flour cut into 2 balls n roll out first ball like a chapati not too thin n not too thick. Take the sugared flour n cut into 2 balls too. Roll it out again like chapati n set it on top of the salted dough. Fold together n cut. Do the same with the remainder if the flour n finally deep fry.

For the glaze boil water 1 cup n sugar 1 cup. Stir until sugar is well dissolved n mixture becomes thickened. Pour on your cinnamon rolls n serve.
