Spicy Chips Masala

I had many potatoes in my kitchen and I was just wondering what to do with them. So that decided to make something spicy out of them. I made chips Masala. My friend it was so spicy and jot but I loved it.

I had many potatoes in my kitchen and I was just wondering what to do with them. So that decided to make something spicy out of them. I made chips Masala. My friend it was so spicy and jot but I loved it.
Steps

Peel the potatoes and cut into chips shape. Then wash well

Heat oil then fry them till a bit crunchy.

Then add 3 TBS of cooking oil in a cooking pot the add the onion and garlic. Cook till golden brown

Add tomatoes, paprika, chilli sauce, green pepper, coriander, salt and black pepper. You can add more spices of your choice

Cook till well mixed. Then add the chips and mix gently till all the chips are immersed in the sauce.

Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Serve with any drink of your choice.
