Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaize flour
  • Pinchbaking soda
  • Salt
  • 1 spoonghee
  • as requiredCheese
  • As requiredChopped carrot capsicums onion tomato
  • 1-2 tspTomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    In maize flour add salt, baking soda,ghee and warm water and make dough

  2. 2

    Make roti and half cook on tawa

    Now on roti add cheese and flip it back.

    After 5 Mins take out and add tomàto sauce on it add chopped onion,tomato, capsicums and carrot, Kala namak, chat masala and cheese

    Now flip it back and cook in oven or pan or cooker

    It is very tasty and crispy and crunchy
