Ingredients

  1. 100 gmrefined flour
  2. 85 gmsugar
  3. 100 gmbutter
  4. 2eggs
  5. as neededpista puree,orange crush and vanilla essence
  6. 1cupchocolate melted
  7. pinchbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream sugar and fat followed by eggs and refined flour with a pinch of baking soda

  2. 2

    Prepare batter and divide into three parts..to one part add vanilla

  3. 3

    To second one add orange crush and to third add pista puree

  4. 4

    Line three small and thin baking sheets and add batters into sheets and bake.

  5. 5

    Take out cake sheets and on base keep a butter paper onto which add first the pista sheet and spread over chocolate followed by vanilla sheet,again spread over chocolate followed by orange sheet.

  6. 6

    Finally roll the three layers together with help of butter paper and wrap and refrigerate for 1 and a half hours

  7. 7

    Take out cut into slices,dust with sugar and serve
