Ingredients

  1. 340 gflour
  2. 7 gmsbaking powder
  3. 10 gmsCinnamon powder
  4. 200 gmsSugar
  5. 180gmsMargarine
  6. 3eggs
  7. 1 teaspoonPineapple flavour
  8. 100 mlmilk
  9. 1/2 cupgrated carrots

Steps

    Preheat born at 180 degrees Celsius

  2. 2

    Sift flour, cinnamon,bakingpwder n set aside

  3. 3

    Measure sugar,margarine n cream them in a separate bowl,Add each eggs one at time n whisk or mix, Add pineapple flavours n mix

  4. 4

    Fold in the dry ingredients with the creamed mixture add milk n grated carrots until you get a drop consistency

  5. 5

    Pour the batter into a prepared baking tin n place in a preheated oven in the middle rack

  6. 6

    Bake for 45 min, check if ready.Remove from oven and cool enjoy the crunchy cake
