Parboil the spagetti,rinse very well.

Blend the fresh tomatoes,pepper,ginger and garlic.boil till no water is left in it.

Heat up vegetable oil and slice the onion in,then pour in all the blended thing and stir.fry for 10minutes and be stirring.

Cut and wash the fish,Boil it with onion,Seasoning,thyme,salt and curry.

Pour in the fish stock in the pot with a cup of water boil 3 minutes.

Add the parboiled spagetti and stir then add curry,salt and seasoning.

Civer and boil for 10-12mins use spartula and stir again then turn off the heat.

Wash and cut cucumber,carrots and cabbage.soak the cabbage and carrots with warm water for 3minutes

Drain the water mix with cucumber then salad cream.

Fry the fish for 4minutes in hot vegetable oil turn both sides to fry very well.
