Steps

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add the whole spices 1 cinnamon stick, 1black cardamom, 1 bay leaf, cumin seeds, few peppercorns saute till the spice become aromat.

Then add chopped onion stir very well till light brown add ginger garlic paste green chilli saute.

Add tomatoes, coriander powder, red chilli, turmeric, salt stir the spices well.

Then add 1/2cup water and cook add crumbled paneer.

Simmer for 5-7 minutes heat off.
- 6
Serve with chapaties.
