  • -200 gmKhajur / dates
  • -1 cupPistachios
  • -1 cupCashew nuts
  • -1 cupPista
  • -1 cupCoconut powder
  • -1 cupMilk
  • 1/4 cupGhee
  • -1 cupSugar powder
  • 2 tbspPoppy seeds -

Steps

    All ingredients of dates roll.

    Griend the all dryfruits, left some chopped dryfruits.

    Take a bowl add dryfruits powder, coconut powder, and sugarpowder mix well. Add little milk and makes a dough. Divide the dough into two parts.

    Take one part add a pinch of green edible colour mix well.

    Heat a pan add ghee, add seedless chopped dates, stir till it becomes smooth.

    Roll the dates. Mix some chopped dryfruits.

    Stuff the greencolour dryfruits dough.

    Again stuff the other part of the dryfruits mixture.

    Roast the poppyseeds.

    Roll the dates roll and roll with poppyseeds.

    Cover with foil paper and freeze it 2hours.

    Dates roll is ready. Cut with pieces. Serve with sprinkling chopped dry fruits.
