Ingredients

  • 2 cupwhite rice
  • 2 tbsptaco seasoning
  • 1 largegreen pepper chooped
  • 1 largered pepper chopped
  • 1 largeonion finely chopped
  • 1salt
  • 1black pepper
  • 1 clovegarlic finely chopped
  • 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  • 3 cupbottled salsa

Steps

  1. 1

    In frying pan add olive oil green and red pepper onion garlic cook till tender

  2. 2

    In large bowl place taco seasoning salsa and pepper onion combo mix well

  3. 3

    Boil rice when rice is tender drain and add to mixture mix well and your done salt and black pepper to taste and enjoy!
