Steps

Marinate mutton with lemon juice, salt and red chilli powder and haldi keep for 1/2 hr or,u can presssure cook mutton til soft.

Add maida cornflour and egg and beetroot to get colour mix well.
- 3
Deep fry till mutton is cooked.fry garlic,green chillies and curry leaves.

Serve with chutney or sauce
