Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  1. 500 gramDehradun basmati rice
  2. 1 cupnuts and raisins
  3. 1 tablespoongaram masala (green cardamom cloves and cinnamon
  4. 1/4 teaspoonyellow food colour powder
  5. As neededghee
  6. To tastesalt and sugar
  7. As neededwarm water

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the rice mix yellow food colour

  2. 2

    Heat ghee temper whole garam masala

  3. 3

    Add nuts and raisins saute few seconds

  4. 4

    Add the rice saute adding salt and sugar

  5. 5

    Pour warm water(double of rice)

  6. 6

    Cover it till it is cooked well

  7. 7

    The pullav is ready serve it with chicken masala
